We offer a 14-day return period for all Christopher Nemeth garments, provided they are in their original unworn condition with all artisanal tags attached. Please note that bespoke or altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and the issued RMA number are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Shipping the Item

  Send the package via a trackable courier service to our Tokyo atelier; please note that return shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
